DESCRIPTIONRed Lead is a lead oxide with a composition approximating to Pb3O4, although commercially available Red Leads contain varying amounts of lead monoxide (PbO), which has an important bearing on their use. The product is packed in multi-ply 25kg paper sacks, 50 kg steel drums or 250 kg steel drums. TYPICALAPPLICATIONSRed Leads are utilised in a wide range of applications, such as battery manufacture, ceramics, anti-corrosive coatings, crystal glass and mining.Further properties of this product are contained in the detailed product specification, available upon request.
